We’re finally nearly at the big day and its time to plan our day together - here you’re going to supply me with all the information I need for the day.

Firstly there will be a section for all the days information I need followed by a group list section. In the group list section I will need information on no more than 10 group shots (because of timings and most guests hate hanging around plus I’ve seen too many couples get stressed at this point of the day and limiting the time doing this is the best thing to do - trust me)

Any additional photo requests must be entered into the box at the bottom of the form - These are for any images which are really important to you and you want them captured during the day. DO NOT supply a long tick list as I do not work from those. It stifles creativity and stops me from capturing the day naturally. A few is fine!

START TIMES

For a standard civil ceremony I start 3 hours before the ceremony. EG: If you’re getting married at 1.30pm I will start no earlier than 10:30am.

For Church weddings which may require travel then the start time will be arranged when we have our planning call

THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REQUIRED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

Once you’ve submitted the information I will arrange a phone call to discuss the days events and let you know where and what time I will be with you on the day
